Step into a world of enriching experiences, meticulously designed to fuel the growth and development of your child
Our award-winning Enrichment programme embodies the School ethos, AIM HIGH TOWARDS THE EXCELLENCE, by providing a rich tapestry of activities that not only fuel the personal growth and development of individuals, but also drive a zest for lifelong learning
Our enriching experiences
Following our ‘Aim High Towards The Excellence’ ethos, we offer an Enhanced School Day that extends to 4.45pm for our Pre-Prep children, 5.35pm for our Prep students and 5.50pm for our Senior School students. The longer days mean we can incorporate daily sports, Enrichment activities and homework.
Not only do students benefit from a breadth of opportunity each day, but families can relax and enjoy time together once the school day is over.

A diverse offering of 60+ activities each term mean students quickly gain the confidence to try new things, whilst also being able to excel in areas of passion. From cerebral pursuits to computer-based activities, the creative arts to thrilling watersports adventures, meaningful charity work and eco stewardship, to leadership qualifications and language development programmes; AIAS Enrichment equips individuals for success beyond the classroom.
Saturday mornings give our students yet more opportunity to grow and develop, with on and off-site activities, such as rock climbing, scuba diving, sailing, art and a ‘Saturday English’ EAL programme.

Residential and day trips are a key part of ensuring that all students get the opportunity to put our Learner Profile into action outside the classroom. By developing these characteristics, we enable the students to grow into capable, independent young people.
Trips come in all shapes and sizes. There are a number of day trips throughout the year, where the students get to take part in various outdoor pursuits on our enormous school campus and in the surrounding area.
As students move up the School, in addition to mornings at the Outdoor Education Centre or visits to local sights, residential trips become more of a feature. Year 4 have their first residential experience with a sleepover in Krishna house, where they get to spend a night away from home in our fantastic Prep School boarding house. Grade 5 will go further afield, spending the night at somewhere like Tropical gardens, where they explore pottery, science and even learn some Taekwondo Grade s 6, 7 and 8 might travel down to Sattahip to investigate coastal areas and attain a snorkeling qualification, or find themselves visiting Ooty to experience art and Indian culture for 2 nights.
Meanwhile the Senior School students journey further to Neelgiri Hills for 3 nights of team building challenges and outward-bound activities.

Our students participate in fixtures against International Schools, local clubs and touring teams, promoting camaraderie and the development of sportsmanship. Saturdays come alive with our sporting programme, where training sessions and fixtures become a platform for discipline and dedication. As part of our commitment to excellence, Akash International Academia School participates in FOBISIA tournaments, allowing students to showcase their skills on an international stage. Through this multifaceted approach, students learn essential values of teamwork, resilience, and leadership.
